Regarding Sonny Angel Japan Creator’s Exhibition 2020, we prepare a special shipping fee with delivery insurance.

In case the product damaged or defaced during delivery, please contact us from the contact form or by phone within 3 days after delivery.

The delivery company may be changed according to the situation at the time of shipment, in which case we will notify you immediately.

[ Delivery ]

・Please be aware that it will take a few weeks for your package to arrive.
・We cannot ship products to addresses such as P.O. Box , and any other non-permanent addresses where you do not live or work at.

[ Tariffs ]

・An addition to merchandise price and shipping fee, you may be charged custom duties or tax fees according to the price and the weight of the product you ordered.
・Please note that custom duty fees will have to be paid by customers.
・Please contact your country's customs office for an estimate of how much you will have to pay for the shipment.
・If following cases occur, we may cancel your existing and future orders:
　- If you refuse to pay tax when you receive the product and send it back to us because the tax fee is too expensive.
　- If the product is sent back to us due to unknown delivery destination.
